一个叫“怪物山”的地方，特工生活着很多中国古代神话传说中常见的神仙和小怪物，特工怪物山的产权继承人为了重现怪物山的繁荣，开办了一个模拟游乐园的公司，招收很多性格各异的同伴，经历各种困难各种趣事，终于经营成为一个欢快的大乐园。
