回复 :羊城广州，我边防军抓获了代号209（杨蔚如 饰）的入境特务，死前交待要和广州基地头目“梅姨”取得联系。领导把侦破任务交给了王练（冯喆 饰），他冒充209找到测字先生“小神仙”（凌云 饰），“小神仙”让他次日见“梅姨”，而见到的人叫八姑（狄梵 饰），马老板（夏天 饰）安排他二人假扮夫妻，用电台和境外保持联系。私人诊所陈医生（韩涛 饰）由于过去历史不光彩，其弱点被敌人利用，无奈之下服毒自杀，后被救起，在公安人员的帮助下，他克服糊涂思想，协助破案。得知敌特要劫持客轮去香港，王练随八姑上了船，这时，真正的“梅姨”出现了，她竟是八姑家的佣人刘妈（梁明 饰）......
