改编自历史上震惊世界的一次会议。第二次世界大战期间，亚洲15名纳粹德国的高级官员在万湖别墅召开了一场秘密会议，亚洲议题是“犹太人问题的最终解决方案”。这群位高权重的帝国精英专注且细致地讨论是为了更科学高效的落实“犹太人大屠杀”。奥斯维辛集中营、毒气室、焚尸炉等等惊世骇俗的杀戮工具自此问世。这场会议决定了所有犹太人的命运，改变了整个世界。
