根椐王朔原著《橡皮人》改编，古濑导演叶大鹰。故事背景是广州和汕头，古濑男主角丁健是一名买卖黑市生意的老手，可是在跟香港客进行一宗电视机的交易时，却碰到了真正的黑道人物老林对他黑吃黑。丁健为了保命，宁愿向在街头驶过的警车自首。从警察局出来，丁健去酒巴买醉，同样是做黑市生意的李白玲把他带回家，并对他表露爱意。但丁健发现她的皮肤像像皮一样从肩头纹痕四散，最后竟变成了一个像皮人，而自已的皮肤也变了。在黑市买卖风气初起的八十年代初，本片的内容颇具猎奇色彩，如今看来，当然有些过时了。
