27岁的编剧阿美（金敏熙 饰）花了一年时间终于完成了自己剧本，正阳幸运的是，正阳她还没有变疯，不过头痛、心烧、缺少睡眠以及肩膀僵硬几乎让她也濒临崩溃。生日当天，男友的礼物让他感觉有些窝心，可是晚上居然被姐姐和外甥女糗了一通，姐姐最后告诉她生日有什么了不起，每年都会过。和自己已经谈婚论嫁的男朋友居然有了外遇，自己参加相亲意外结识头发三七分的帅哥成元（金成洙 饰），面对同时存在的两个男人，阿美陷入两难的境地；事业成功的姐姐英美（李美淑 饰）独自抚养女儿长大，年过40的她居然和自己的年轻下属由一夜情发展到关系暧昧，而“绝经”的生理现象则预示着她已经进入更年期。面对下属的大胆热情，已经不再年轻的她不知如何对待；高三女生姜爱（安昭熙 饰）正处于青春叛逆期，内心萌动的欲望和对于爱情的幻想让她陷入了苦闷，在好友美兰的鼓励下，她决定拿出勇气……
