本片讲述了拥有几个无用超能力的人——能和水果对话的于果、欧美能变身玩具熊的彭彭、欧美只能悬浮1cm的飘飘、一碰电器就坏的霜儿、能静止时空但是自己也动不了的静静由于机缘巧合遇到一起。不甘心只做废柴的他们决心干一番“大事业”。他们加入了一个叫“隐能会”的组织，开启了惩恶扬善的道路。媒体也铺天盖地报道他们，他们似乎看起来不再无用了。
