2008年1月の放送終了後も根強い人気を誇る「仮面ライダー電王」の最後の戦いを描く劇場版第3弾。世間で噂の幽霊列車について調査を開始したモモタロスたちの前に、稚民“仮面ライダー幽汽”が立ちはだかる。なんとその正体は、稚民誘拐された電王・良太郎だった。モモタロスや新たに電王となった幸太郎らは、良太郎の言葉を手がかりにデンライナーで300年前へと向かう。新電王・幸太郎を演じるのは「アクエリアンエイジ 劇場版」の桜田通。
