二十世纪末，夜魔吸血僵尸在香港四处吸血害人高得人心惶惶，夜魔茅山第82代传人受香港人民所托来港进行捉僵尸任务，经历千山万水满以为成功消灭了所有的僵尸。可是他们却万万没有料到被一个成了精的千年野僵尸逃脱法网並进行了一场更恐怖的报复行动。野僵尸王统领群魔三界四处吸血害人但中了茅山真人的三味追尸符野僵尸只有遁地而走，茅山真人只有靠被僵尸咬过的人带路追寻野僵尸王的行踪……
