传说泰山玉破碎将发生男女互换，幕后严重时会有生命危险。司机李子峰开车载着董事长和其女儿明珠，幕后因明珠不同意父亲定的婚事，在车上和父亲发生争执，将未婚夫家送的泰山玉镯扔出，明珠和李子峰的双手和泰山玉相碰并发生车祸，两人昏迷后身体互换，互换后富贵小姐和屌丝的生活发生变化，有啼笑皆非、有真情感动、有小人借机侵占利益、有大仙儿出马召唤灵魂……。
