回复 :The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years.At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with.But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood.I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 回复 :2004年底，位於台北縣三重市生產電腦零組件的「飛盟國際電子公司」，因老闆掏空資產逃往大陸，員工面臨關廠的命運。這個工廠有三百多個員工，其中125名是來自菲律賓的女性移工；她們因為三個月沒拿到薪水，憂心忡忡且無所適從，因此來到台灣國際勞工協會（TIWA）求助。移工在台灣遇到的問題多如牛毛，但大部分都個別化、零碎化，集體性的勞資爭議並不多見，TIWA作為一個移工運動的團體，當然盡力協助。我們一邊組織她們抗爭行動，也一邊記錄下難得的移工集體抗爭事件。但是拍著拍著，鏡頭裡出現雙雙對對的同志伴侶，互相依偎，溫馨甜蜜。於是這個紀錄意外發展成愛的故事。「T婆工廠」記錄了七對女同伴侶，包括她們的訪談紀錄、參與勞資抗爭的情形、工廠宿舍的集體生活；而本片的特殊之處，在於這些女同置身的時空環境：藍領移工、面臨勞資關係斷裂的關廠事件、勞工集體抗爭的過程，以及台灣移工政策中不得自由選擇及轉換雇主的非人性設計，呈現台灣移工政策中明顯的歧視性，同時使得雙宿雙飛的在同志伴侶們，面臨另人心碎的分離。「T婆工廠」是愛情的天堂，而當天堂崩落時，看她們以無比的勇氣，挑戰壓迫她們的國家政策，為愛勇往直前，也為愛共赴天涯……。
回复 :伊文蓝道（赖瑞德瑞克饰）一直梦想成为和父亲一样做个医生，当他真正成为小镇医生后，因为妻子突发无可救药的心脏病，使她陷入疯狂境界，为了挽救妻子，他开始实验活体心脏移植，结果一次计划出差错使他变成神经病送进精神病院，在院中他又悄悄进行解剖活人夺取心脏的恐怖实验，在对一位医生不用麻醉药开取心脏后，他逃出医院回到小镇，企图重拾他已经破碎的医生美梦。
