老爷百岁大寿时被小儿子大虾（钟镇涛 饰）气死，日本根据族规，日本家财由大哥全权管理，而大虾只分得瘦田一亩及老牛一条。十分奇怪的是，这片瘦田里种出的蔬菜瓜果都特别巨大。于是，大虾和大虾嫂（张敏 饰）刨开土一看，发现地里原来埋藏着十颗宝珠。可惜此事被无恶不作的大帅得知，于是带领兵马前来抢宝珠。情急之中，大虾与大虾嫂各吞宝珠五粒，分头逃走。大虾不幸被大帅捉去，大虾嫂则跌入一个墓穴逃过一劫。 当晚大帅府内，大虾生下五个天赋异品的孩子：大力三、橡皮四、飞天五、铜头六及高脚七。而这五个孩子却误以为大帅就是他们的父亲，而可怜大虾被关到了监狱。同一时间，大虾嫂亦生下五个兄妹：千里眼、顺风耳、遁地入、大口九及大喊十。大虾和大虾嫂最后能否打败邪恶的大帅，一家重逢？
