回复 :主人公是个贫困青年，一天，侵吞机关公款的官吏来访，决定在服刑之前把自己私吞的公款存放青年那里。因为这个官吏亲眼目睹了青年杀人的现场，所以青年不敢把这笔公款报告警察。然而，这个青年因为失恋，失去了生活的目标，于是想把公款挥霍一空，然后自杀。他开始过上了从前梦想的用钱征服女人的生活，他象对待奴隶一样对待每个女人。但这种喜悦是徒劳的。影片拍摄的时代，是日本经济正处于高峰时期的“黄金时代”。人们被经济的发达、生活的富裕搞得不知所措。昨天还是失败者和穷人，今天就变成梦想中的富人，生活的急速转变把人们从正常的心理轨道上大力抛出，人们莫名其妙地发现了自己的喜悦。大岛渚正是看到了这一现实，并敏锐地发觉其中蕴藏的绝望和无助，于是拍摄了这部讽刺和警告的影片。这部让很多影评人失望的影片最大的遗憾是过于程式化和概念化，以及大岛渚对《青春残酷物语》等前作的的关联和模仿。不过，影片在上映前遭到警视厅的严格审查和删减，完整性已经受到很大的破坏，恐怕也是影片并不成功的原因之一。
