四名女子在狱中组了一个乐团，亚洲影视是她们用音乐摆脱监狱的桎梏，亚洲影视在一次前往警方舞会中表演的途中，她们企图逃脱，并且摇滚传达她们心灵深处最深的呐喊，在警员的严密缉捕下，班迪斯乐团一次又一次地逃过警方的围捕一路逃亡、演唱，很快就声名大噪，然而支持者的拥护，却不能换来自由，就在穷途末路之际，各自逃亡的她们又再度聚合，只为一次完美的演唱，在整个逃亡过程中，友谊的彰显，人性的考验，历历在目，全篇故事摇滚有余，亦为公路电影老调新唱。
