因瘟疫感染存活下来的姜小斯，名嘴在某种病毒的催化下拥有了一些超能力的行为而被神秘组织黑羽会盯上。友叔、名嘴豪叔还有豪叔的干女儿周茗茗等一众小朋友为了保护小斯和黑羽会抗争而发生的一系列啼笑皆非的故事。
