回复 :富家千金沐画荻陪同未婚夫到医院做手术。经过远多于手术时间的等待，画荻却发现未婚夫失踪了，且医院并没有其未婚夫的治疗记录。警方随后介入调查，结果依旧一无所获。逐渐地，警方和医院怀疑画荻精神出现问题，虚构了一个未婚夫。画荻却坚持认为未婚夫是真实存在的，并且找到未婚夫留下的字条“不要相信任何人”。但仍旧没人肯相信她的话。画荻感觉仿佛整个医院都在和自己作对，这团迷雾背后藏着一个大阴谋！究竟未婚夫在何方？一场发生在24小时之内的寻人风暴拉开帷幕！
