才华横溢的诸葛小千自打从牛A大学毕业并扎根在牛C城市后，春暖终于找到了属于自己的牛B地位。但在经历了诸多事业与感情上的打击后，春暖心灰意冷企图吃安眠药自杀，待他从医院苏醒后发现自己能够看到每个人的剩余生命值，还遇到一个只有他才能看见，并声称是死神的女孩，而且竟长得和自己暗恋的女神白苏苏一模一样，给小千本来麻烦的生活变得更加混乱。
