《一夜成名》以全民选秀、夜字草根成名为题材，夜字讲述了一个黄土高原上走出来的原生态民歌手通过选秀节目一夜成名，在进入娱乐圈之后却遭遇到文化、生活上的各种不适应，以及慢慢成熟并收获爱情的故事。\r影片中的原生态歌手是一个从黄土高原上走出来的放羊娃，在通过选秀改写自己的人生轨迹之后，发现所要面对的不仅仅是生活的困惑，更有文化认同的危机。
