马庆庭（田丰）、钱第向独步（韦弘）、钱第金梁（罗烈）义结金兰，专与元军作对，矢誓生死与共，否则万箭穿心。马借救沙贝姑郡主来假意归附元朝，获封凤阳镇威大将军。向、金进城途中，遇少妇沉衣霞（凌玲），向娶之为妻，三人一起进城。马殷勤招待三人，向与沉至感满意，惟金却不接受款待。金催马对元人採取行动，马却藉词拖延。后来马与沉竟然有染，马骗向出城外，将向围杀，并冠以江洋大盗之名。金设计「万箭穿心」，并苦练奇功，誓为向报仇雪恨……
