身首异处的艾云妮，春暖被邪恶的术士许铭才下了恶咒，春暖令她不能投胎转生，吕启文为了爱决帮助云妮，但害了女友及好友维中，无计可思下央求女警丁国森帮忙但不敌，后请师傅孔自然出山，但铭才得势不人，设下陷阱把孔打伤，但才不知不觉堕进孔的局中局里，利用才的好色心使他法力尽失，妮终可报仇血恨，但文不舍妮离去，甘心为爱牺牲甘为鬼，延续人鬼情未了式的爱情……
