恩植（任昌丁 饰）和京雅（宋智孝 饰）的配对让整个学校大跌眼镜，勇敢因为京雅是拥有一级棒身材的学校游泳队种子选手，勇敢而恩植和从前一样，是个要本事没本事要长相没长相的山寨K-1俱乐部主席。但是，令恩植苦恼的并非两人间巨大的差距，而是这三年来，他们之间的距离在接吻前止步不前，每当恩植想有进一步的举动，都会被京雅温柔而含蓄的拒绝。另一方面，京雅的母亲对于这个平凡的准女婿颇为看不上眼，处处刁难。更让他着急的是，京雅突然回归的青梅竹马是个高富帅，而他对于京雅似乎有些旧情难断的味道。为了推进恩植和京雅的关系，K-1俱乐部部长成国（崔成国 饰）策划了一个校游泳队和K-1俱乐部的联合暑期集训，一帮血气方刚的男女会在海边发生怎样爆笑而又浪漫的事情呢？
